Step 3: Download Gamebooster (free) Here: www.iobit.com After installing, Just click on "Click to Boost" and you're done. Step 4: Open ATI Catalyst control panel, go to 3d, and then set the slider on "High performance" Step 5: Download CCleaner (free) Here: www.piriform.com After Installing, open the program and Click " analyze". Wait a few seconds and the click "Run cleaner". Then Click "tools" and go to "startup". There you can disable all unwanted startup programs.
