Watch this if you want to move all of your iTunes from one computer to another, even if it's across platforms (eg. PC to Mac). This uses iTunes Home Sharing. Has worked since iTunes 9, and I just did it with iTunes 10.4. I hope this helps you out, as I did a fair bit of research and this seems like the most straight forward way to move all of your music, movies and podcasts etc from one computer to another, and I didn't find this solution anywhere. It just seemed like a logical way to do it. Make sure you're two computers are on the same network, in the same IP address range (typically 192.168.0.x and 192.168.0.y). Also, if you use an iPhone, make sure you back up all your contacts to a mail program or something like Outlook or Entourage. I used Remote Desktop for Mac to access the PC where I transferred my iTunes files from the PC to the new Mac. You don't need this to move your iTunes, just need to have the PC and the Mac running at the same time on the same network. It was just handy to use to do this tutorial. The Blocks feature allowed me to throw together the arrangement in literal seconds. I used Kong Drum Designer to generate some new fresh Drum Samples and they turned out nice think and beefy! I removed the old sampler claps and used Live Sampling for a more real and organic clap sample. The Sampler features are absolutely astounding. The Hip Hop Production piece turned out mesmerizing and all I applied were the ...
