How to hide partition for Asus computers when using AI recovery burner. I accidentally burned the files to my computer instead of an external drive/disc and was not able to use the AI recovery. The status on the application said partition does not exist, even though the files were still on the computer. Both Asus tech support and geeksquad couldn't help me with this. I only figured it out by messing around with it. This is my first tutorial or video upload in general, that's why its a bit sloppy but hopefully it gets the point across. If anyone request that I demonstrate EXACTLY how I went through the process with the error being present in the video I will attempt to mess up the application again and fix it in a video. I only didn't do it at first because I didn't think it'd be necessary, and I don't want to risk messing it up for good. Highly unlikely but you know, its tedious. Thanks for watching, I hope this was useful. feel free to ask questions, comment, give feedback on my vid, or be a hater. :) NOTES: If the program doesn't work for you and you get an error message, try running it in safe mode. I found out that those files from your recovery drive end up in the trash after the whole process. Not sure if its after running the "change HD" or "recovery burner" program. This isn't significant I think, as long as you have the disc made, right? Idk, just lettin yall know.
